RentGuarantor (RGG)  has reported strong trading momentum during the third quarter of 2026, supported by accelerating revenue, rising contract volumes and new strategic partnerships.

The UK rent guarantee services provider generated revenue of £13 million in the nine months to 30 September 2026, including £4.5 million in September alone. Adjusted EBITDA reached £5.85 million, while adjusted net profit totalled £5.93 million, compared with losses in the corresponding period last year, excluding AIM admission costs.

Applications increased 208% to 21,747 during the nine-month period, while contracts surged 395% to 11,608. Meanwhile, the claims ratio remained in line with management's expectations and risk policy.

RentGuarantor ended September with about £12 million in cash, supported by strong trading and warrant proceeds totalling £3.56 million, the final tranche of which was received in October. The company remains debt-free, providing flexibility to invest in technology, people and operational capacity.

Operationally, RentGuarantor strengthened its position in the Build-to-Rent sector through new agreements with Way of Life and Essential Living. It also secured a two-year partnership with King's College London, providing access to a substantial student market, including ~20,000 international students.

In September, the company established a new Product Team and Tech Lab in Bristol, focusing on artificial intelligence, machine learning and technologies designed to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

RentGuarantor also strengthened its board with three new independent Non-Executive Directors and two executive appointments during the quarter.

RentGuarantor's CEO Paul Foy said: “Q3 2026 marked another major step forward in RentGuarantor’s growth and profitability. The combination of accelerating revenue, higher contract volumes and strong earnings demonstrated the effectiveness of the Group’s growth strategy and the operating leverage inherent in our business model.

“As we enter the final quarter of the year, our focus remains on converting strong demand into contracted business, maintaining a disciplined approach to claims management, managing costs and cash effectively, and ensuring our operational capabilities continue to scale alongside the growth of the business. We believe these priorities position us well to sustain our momentum and create value for shareholders.”
