Research on Ironveld Plc (IRON:LON) from Turner Pope Investments
Ironveld plc has announced a significant rare earths and phosphate discovery at Layer 21, with core samples returning 858 to 1,543 parts per million total rare earth oxides, approximately 25% of which are neodymium and praseodymium oxides. The company's DMS plant throughput has improved to approximately 4.5 tonnes per hour, nearing its 5 tonnes per hour design capacity, and discussions with three prospective counterparties are progressing towards supply agreements, with a further customer confirming a 100-tonne order. Despite a temporary halt in deliveries under an existing contract due to customer technical difficulties, Ironveld has sufficient working capital for approximately two months and is evaluating external funding solutions.
