Research on Drax Group plc (DRX:LON) from Longspur Clean Energy

Drax has signed an agreement to take forward its data centre ambitions at the Drax Power Station site. Partnering with Brookfield and Radiant with additional support from the Brookfield-Qai joint venture means that the project is well supported by some of the strongest players in the data centre development space. The project can now move into the planning phase targeting the initial 100MW operational in Q1 2028. The full project has the potential to grow to over 1GW.
