OptiBiotix Health plc (AIM; OPTI) has announced it has extended its distribution agreement with Extensor Robert Buczek ("Extensor"), its exclusive GoFigure® distribution partner in Poland, to include Ukraine, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Belarus, Moldova and Russia.
Extensor is a well-known Polish brand that was established over 19 years ago for the creation and promotion of products with the highest quality and safety levels in the Health and Wellness sector.
The Company and Extensor announced an exclusive agreement to distribute GoFigure™ and SlimBiome™ in May 2019 for Poland. This extension of geographies strengthens the Company’s relationship with Extensor and demonstrates positive evolution of the GoFigure® and SlimBiome™ brands.
The deal will clearly create new commercial opportunities in new territories for the Company, which may generate revenues with the commercialisation of the GoFigure® range on new online platforms such as Domo in Ukraine.
