Heathrow Airport: Parliament has opportunity to unlock jobs, trade and growth as momentum for Heathrow expansion builds. Politicians, businesses, trade unions, regional airports and investors back expansion plans that would unlock more than 100,000 jobs and £33 billion of private investment across the UK

Comment: No mention of the drop off charges which are scandalous, but we can look forward to the fabled Third Runway which should be complete by the end of the century at a cost akin to HS2. One must not forget the software glitches and the substation fire.

Roundhouse AI (RHAI) set to join AIM on 13 October 2026. This imminent AIM IPO looking to capitalise on Gartner’s predicted $15 trillion of AI Agent transactions. Roundhouse AI is being funded via the proposed £1.5m Placing to prove whether it can become the trusted data and scoring layer for autonomous-agent activity. Roundhouse AI is pursuing a four-layer architecture comprising an x402 Facilitator, Indexed Reputation Graph, Agent Reputation Scores and creating an aGDP Index of economic activity. The investment case is a milestone-led framework for assessing whether Roundhouse AI can move from the current Go to Market and validation stage through early score/API traction, partner validation and on to commercialisation.

Comment: The goal of RHAI is to become the Bloomberg of its chosen area, autonomous-agent activity. This is a punchy goal for a significant addressable market: $15tln. Ideally, it has the early, listed company advantage, and the expertise to deliver over coming months in a fast-moving market. If it even gets close the Clear Capital 12 months 40p share price target could prove to be modest.

hVIVO plc (HVO) , a purpose-built, full-service international clinical development partner and the world leader in human challenge trials, today announces the appointment of Angela Hildreth as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Board Director, with effect from 18 November 2026. Angela will succeed Richard Cotton, who has served as Interim CFO since October 2026 following Stephen Pinkerton's retirement. Richard will remain in the role until Angela takes up her appointment on 18 November, and after a suitable handover, he will resume his role as Non-Executive Director. As CFO, Angela will lead the Group's finance function and support the continued execution of the Company’s strategy, with a focus on disciplined growth and long-term value creation.

Comment: With the shares back at major support near 8p, the timing is right for a new CFO to step up to the plate. Ideally, going forward we shall see the market become more confident regarding the sustainability and scalability of the business model, something which was underpinned during Covid, but arguably requires some TLC during more normal times.

Valereum Plc (AQSE: VLRM) , a company aiming to become the global market leader in the tokenised digital markets sector, refers to the announcement of 27 August 2026 and announces that the deadline for registration of the first-ranking security interest over mining interests in Queensland, Australia, expired on 8 October 2026 without the registration having been completed. Following discussions with Quorium Global Photonics SPC ("QGP"), the Valereum Board has agreed to extend the deadline for registration of the Security by a further 10 working days from Thursday 8 October 2026, to allow additional time for the registration process to be completed.

Comment: VLRM has been firing moonshots in its chosen space for the longest time. One of them is one that we are yet to see fully fledged and successful version of the tokenisation of mining assets, something which if executed satisfactorily could be transformational. The first indication of this would be the VLRM share price trading north of recent 4p resistance.

Gunsynd (GUN)  announces that it has today published a circular to shareholders setting out proposals to transition to an operating company. Historically, the Company has focused on making investments and acquisitions, principally in the natural resources sector. Following the disposal of substantially all of its other investments, the Company's business now primarily comprises its wholly owned Barb Gold Project in Manitoba, Canada (the "Barb Project"), together with a 10 per cent. interest in the Eagle Lake Gold Project in Ontario and a small remaining interest in Aberdeen Nickel, which the Company intends to dispose of as soon as reasonably practicable. The Board intends that the Company's future activities will be focused on the exploration and development of natural resources assets, principally gold assets in North America, with the Barb Project as its flagship project.

Comment: GUN is formally acknowledging the fact that the London market really does not like or value small scale multi-investment companies, whether in mining, tech, or anything else. Instead, it is perhaps belatedly joining the “gold rush” in explorer / developers, and the recent 30% share price rise ahead of today’s announcement suggests not only that someone, somewhere guessed this news, but that they also like it.

Panther Metals Plc (PALM)  announce that it has been awarded membership of the United States Defense Industrial Base Consortium ("DIBC"), providing the Company with access to U.S. Government defence procurement and funding opportunities focused on strengthening strategic supply chains, including critical minerals. The DIBC supports U.S. Government defence procurement initiatives aimed at addressing vulnerabilities within the defence industrial base, including through competitive solicitation programmes. Since its inception, the DIBC has awarded more than US$410 million in funding across a range of projects supporting the U.S. defence industrial base, including critical mineral supply chains.

Comment: The good news here is that PALM is well cemented within the US commodities security gravy train, something which the share price has already been factoring in, and should continue to do so. It was suggested to me some months ago that everything goes to plan we could be due a £20 a share valuation, as opposed to then around £1. This high figure is starting to look less of a fantasy by the day.

Pulsar Helium Inc. (PLSR) , a primary helium company, provided an update on the development and proposed financing of its commercial-scale helium purification and liquefaction plant and carbon dioxide processing plant in Minnesota, which are intended to form the Company's proposed Rare Gas Hub. The Company's preferred financing strategy prioritizes debt and public-sector financing, supplemented by existing cash resources, with the objective of limiting reliance on new equity capital. As announced on October 1, 2026, the Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary Pulsar Helium MN Inc., accepted a binding proposal (the "Proposal") from Chart Energy & Chemicals, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Baker Hughes Company, establishing a staged framework for the supply of equipment for the Plant at an aggregate equipment-supply price of US$85.5 million.
Comment: While we await the gush (?) of helium to be produced by PLSR somewhere soon down the line to address the helium supply crisis, we see the company keen to get all the infrastructure in place. What helps markedly is that PLSR continues to deal with noteworthy counterpart as it advances its cause. Chart support is ideally on the right side of 50p.

Following on from the signing of the Cahier des Charges Minières (Mining Terms and Conditions), which was announced on 11 August 2026, Harena Rare Earths plc (HREE)  is now focused on obtaining the Environmental Permit and completing the Environmental and Social Management Plans (“ESMPs”), which are prerequisites to the commencement of the infrastructure construction for the Ampasindava project pilot phase, now that its Exploitation Permit has been formalised, validating the social, environmental, technical and financial commitments made to Madagascar’s Ministry of Mines in connection with the Ampasindava project. This major milestone in the advancement of the Project provides Harena with the regulatory framework required to move forward with the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (“ESIA”) and the associated public consultations, in accordance with Madagascar’s Mise en Compatibilité des Investissements avec l’Environnement (“MECIE”) framework, in order to achieve the development of the Phase 1 extraction plant and processing facility.

Comment: Although Executive Chairman Ivan Murphy has decided he has plenty of bandwith to be involved with new IPO 1947 Oil & Gas (1947), until recently he was best known for HREE. It would appear he is fully capable of taking this company forward as promised, as we can see from the latest decent progress at Ampasindava.
