Mindflair (MFAI)  the AIM-quoted investment vehicle focused on next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, has announced a new investment in Overpath, an Ireland based sales execution platform powered by AI.

The deal has been made through Sure Valley Ventures’ third fund (SVV3), in which Mindflair holds an interest. Overpath has secured €1.6 million in a pre-seed round led by Elkstone Ventures, with participation from SVV and several other investors. The funds will be deployed to accelerate product development, deepen enterprise partnerships and further evolve its AI-driven execution intelligence platform.

Founded by enterprise software veterans Ross Keating and Dermot O’Connor, Overpath aims to address a long-standing issue in the revenue tech stack: the disconnect between sales analytics and real-time execution. Its platform interprets live behavioural and qualitative signals from sales calls, deal activity and CRM data, underpinned by a bespoke Sales Language Model trained on high-performance sales methodologies and execution patterns.

By integrating with existing workflows, the platform seeks to move beyond passive dashboards and enable sales leaders to intervene proactively—flagging execution risks and nudging teams towards the next best actions mid-deal, rather than post-mortem.

Nicholas Lee, Director of Mindflair, commented:

“This investment in Overpath demonstrates the strategy of backing highly differentiated AI software companies addressing real operational challenges. Overpath is tackling a critical gap in the revenue technology stack by focusing on sales execution rather than retrospective analytics, and we believe the company is well positioned to become an important platform in modern enterprise sales.”
