Nativo and Chancery Royalty forge new gold alliance in Peru

Nativo Resources has announced a £3.5 million royalty funding deal with Chancery Royalty. In addition, Chancery and investors associated with it have also committed to a £600,000 equity investment into the company. The money will allow Nativo to complete a gold ore processing plant in Peru. The plant, which is already half-constructed, is designed to take feed from local artisinal miners, of which there are many in the region. Once it's scaled up, it should be significantly cash generative. Christian Yates, executive chairman of Nativo, and Jeremy Gray of Chancery Royalty join Vox to talk us through the opportunity.
Fintel interims show double-digit EBITDA growth
Fintel has posted interim results for the six months to June, which showed adjusted EBITDA up to £16.6 million, a rise of more than 16%. EBITDA margin grew to more than 30%, and overall revenues were also up. The company has recently completed a restructuring, following the integration of several acquisitions. Matt Timmins, chief executive of Fintel, joins Vox to spell out where the company goes from here.
MedPal AI Raises £5m as Revenue Run Rate Surges to £35m
MedPal AI CEO Jason Drummond explains why accelerating demand has lifted the Group’s annualised revenue run rate to more than £35 million—and why a further £5 million placing was needed to fund that growth. He discusses customer retention, the working-capital cycle, bank financing and plans to expand dispensing capacity to 14,000 orders a day.
Great Southern met work shows strong recoveries at Mostaza
Great Southern Copper's chief executive Sam Garrett joins Vox to talk about the latest metallurgical results from the company's Mostaza project in Chile. The results show strong recoveries from high grade ore, and mean that Great Southern can now report its grades at Mostaza in equivalents, such that the highest grade intercept over more than 20 metres comes in at 6% copper equivalent. A fourth phase of drilling is about to get underway, and further metallurgical work will run in parallel.
B90 reports strong revenues and cash generation
B90 Holdings has posted interim results that showed strong revenue growth and cash generation, as it continues to position itself effectively inside the online gaming sector. The company invested significantly in the business during the period, but remained adjusted EBITDA positive. It's also deploying AI on an increasingly effective basis. Chief executive Ronny Breivik and chief financial officer Marcel Noordeloos join Vox to talk over the implications of the results and to set out where the company goes from here.
