Shearwater Group (SWG)  has secured a £1.3 million contract with a major United Kingdom telecommunications provider through its Brookcourt Solutions business.

The cybersecurity, advisory and managed security services group said Brookcourt will supply and install an advanced network monitoring solution designed to improve visibility across the customer’s network infrastructure.

The deployment will enable the telecommunications provider to proactively monitor network performance and identify potential issues before they affect services. In addition, the system is intended to support the resilience and performance of the provider’s network by delivering improved operational insight and proactive monitoring capabilities.

The delivery of the solution is expected to begin shortly. As a result, the full contract value is expected to be recognised in the Group’s financial year ending 2026, supporting Shearwater’s FY26 performance.

Shearwater’s CEO Phil Higgins said: “We are delighted that Brookcourt has been selected by a leading UK telecommunications provider to deliver this important monitoring deployment. As networks continue to increase in scale and complexity, organisations require greater visibility and proactive insight into performance. This contract highlights Brookcourt's strong technical capability and its continued success in supporting large, complex network environments.”
