Shearwater Group (SWG) has strengthened its position in the UK public sector cybersecurity market after subsidiaries Brookcourt Solutions and Pentest secured places on the UK Government's G-Cloud 15 procurement framework. The latest framework significantly expands the range of approved solutions the group can offer to public sector customers.
Brookcourt increased its approved technologies and specialist services on G-Cloud by about 77%, rising from 31 under G-Cloud 14 to 55 under G-Cloud 15. The expanded portfolio covers identity and access management, Zero Trust, cloud security, threat detection and response, managed security services, artificial intelligence governance and other cybersecurity disciplines.
The enlarged offering builds on Brookcourt's previous success under G-Cloud 14, where it converted its framework position into new contracts, including a contract expansion worth about £1 million with a central Government department for threat intelligence services announced in December 2025. The broader portfolio is expected to improve visibility across more procurement categories and strengthen the group's long-term public sector growth strategy.
Meanwhile, Pentest has secured its own G-Cloud 15 approval across specialist cybersecurity services, including cloud support, security strategy, audit quality assurance and red teaming. The business will also provide penetration testing and cybersecurity consultancy across web and mobile applications, internal and external networks, and Internet of Things (IoT) environments.
