RentGuarantor (RGG)  has announced a series of proposed board changes, including the appointments of three independent Non-Executive Directors and two executive role changes, as the company strengthens its leadership team to support its next phase of growth.

The proposed appointments include Ben Thompson, Maya Klein Wassink and Simon Jackson as independent Non-Executive Directors. Meanwhile, Business Compliance Manager Amanda Bower is proposed to join the board as Chief People and Risk Officer, while current Non-Executive Director David Cliff is expected to become Executive Director of Research and Innovation.

The appointments remain subject to regulatory due diligence and the formal appointment process, with completion expected later this quarter.

Thompson brings more than 40 years of experience across financial services and the mortgage sector, having held senior roles at ULS Technology, Mortgage Advice Bureau and Legal & General Mortgage Club.

Klein Wassink is a corporate finance and legal adviser with experience spanning investment banking, capital markets, corporate governance and public company advisory. She has also advised growth companies on stock market listings and governance matters.

Jackson is a chartered accountant with more than 35 years' experience in listed wealth management and financial services businesses, including senior leadership roles at WH Ireland and Brooks Macdonald.

Bower joined RentGuarantor in 2025 and has more than two decades of experience in operations, compliance and customer experience across regulated financial services and governance environments.
