RentGuarantor (RGG)  has launched a new website as part of a wider brand and marketing push ahead of significant regulatory changes in the United Kingdom private rental sector.

The AIM-quoted rent guarantee services provider said the upgraded site, developed by Krow Group, part of Mission Group, remains accessible at the same URL and delivers an improved user interface and customer journey.

The Company said the redesign enhances stakeholder engagement and makes it easier for prospective tenants to navigate its services and obtain a quote. In addition, the investment supports its broader marketing strategy as it prepares for the first major reforms under the Renters’ Rights Act, due to take effect on 1 May 2026.

The initial phase of the legislation will remove section 21 notices, a move expected to reshape landlord and tenant dynamics across the sector.

RentGuarantor’s Chief Executive Officer Paul Foy said: “As a property technology company with a digital product, we see the value in investing in our digital infrastructure. This new and improved website is an indication of the Company's commitment to growth and innovation, as well as customer experience.

“As we approach the implementation of the first phase of the Renters' Rights Act, which removes section 21 notices, landlords will be focused on protecting their income, while tenants will be seeking greater security in their rental agreements, through solutions such as professional guarantors. With the pressure of the incoming changes, we want to make processes - whether that be information gathering or submitting applications - as smooth as possible. Our new website will ensure this.”

This is a relatively small operational update, but it signals that RentGuarantor is positioning itself for regulatory change. As the Renters’ Rights Act reshapes risk in the private rental market, smoother digital onboarding and clearer customer journeys could prove important in capturing increased demand for professional guarantor services.
