Rainbow Rare Earths is moving forward rapidly with the development of its Phalaborwa project in South Africa. A definitive feasibility study is expected by the end of the year, and a significant slice of development finance has already been pledged by the US government. There's also a major project in Brazil which should be coming on stream fairly soon after Phalaborwa.
