Panther Metals (PALM ) has filed a preliminary long form non-offering prospectus with the Ontario Securities Commission and has applied to the Canadian Securities Exchange for a secondary listing of its shares.

The company's ordinary shares will continue to be traded on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.

The filing of the prospectus follows the announcement on 16 October 2026 of the closing of the £2.2 million "flow through" financing. This secured the financial position of the company to meet the initial listing requirements in respect of the listing.

Final acceptance of the prospectus and the listing are subject to the review and approval of the Ontario Securities Commission and the CSE respectively.

The prospectus will be available for review under Panther's profile on the Canadian System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) at www.sedarplus.ca.

Panther believes that the listing will provide liquidity to its existing shareholders and offer the opportunity to raise additional capital to build out its business and execute its business plans through exposure to a range of new investors on one of the premier public markets for the mining sector.

Panther has also prepared, in accordance with the requirements of National Instrument 43-101, a technical report dated 28 July 2026 in respect of the Winston Lake project located 145 kilometres northeast of Thunder Bay in Ontario, Canada.

A copy of this report will also be available under Panther’s profile on SEDAR+ and a link is available on the company's website.

Panther’s progress and the tilt towards Canada continues. The Canadian Securities Exchange listing has long been mooted, but it’s good to see it finally being made official. Panther’s assets are highly prospective, and of much interest to Canadian investors, who represent perhaps the biggest pool of mining capital anywhere in the world. In that context, a Canadian listing has always made sense for the company, and the market seems to agree too. The shares have more than quadrupled since the end of last year.
