Founder and Chairman of Bigdish, Aidan Bishop, discussed the progress the restaurant yield management group has made as it expands it UK rollout this year. He also addressed the perception of the company amongst retail investors and the stockmarket as a whole.
In particular, the concept of it being primarily a technology group rather than merely being in the Leisure Sector, as it is classed currently.
He suggested that its Proprietary Business Platform enabled the use of consumer data to anticipate future behaviour. This should all Bigdish to be both disruptive and innovative in many other sectors, and give it scalability going forward.
