MedPal AI (MPAL) has reported a sharp increase in trading momentum, with group annualised revenue reaching ~£28 million in August, driven by the rapid scaling of its New Health GLP-1 weight management clinic.
The August trading update marks the first full month of trading for New Health, following the start of marketing in July.
Group dispensing operations began from zero in October 2025, with the annualised revenue run rate reaching £5 million by June and £8.6 million by July. Based on August revenue, the run rate has now reached ~£28 million across the group's three recurring revenue streams.
The company stressed that annualised figures are calculated by multiplying monthly revenue by twelve and are not forecasts.
New Health generated revenue of £1.83 million in August from 14,487 orders, up 809% month on month from £201,203 in July and from £15,496 in June. This gives New Health itself an annualised revenue run rate of ~£21.9 million.
Revenue has therefore increased more than one hundred-fold in two months, while the business had attracted 16,051 purchasing customers between its June launch and 31 August.
The company said the growth has been organic rather than acquisition-driven. Customers were acquired individually through pricing and service, while the increase in the group's annualised run rate from £8.6 million to ~£28 million has come from trading. Its acquisitions to date have consisted of small asset purchases and one software business.
The group operates across NHS prescription dispensing, care-home medicines management and private weight management.
MedPal Founder and Chief Executive Officer Jason Drummond said: "August was the month it all came together. Revenue is up again, New Health delivered £1.8 million in its first full month, and more than 16,000 new customers have come to us in a matter of weeks, far exceeding our expectations. That validates our strategy, and we believe it is an exceptional rate of organic growth. It is only the beginning. We are in three massive markets. The NHS spends close to £1 billion a month on prescription medicines. Care home medication is worth more than £500 million a year in the UK, and with eMARx we believe we have a highly differentiated, fully integrated medicines management solution for that sector. In addition, a significant and rising number of adults want GLP-1 treatment at a fair price with proper support.
"In August we proved that we can sign up customers at scale by offering fair prices and great service together, with our technology doing the heavy lifting: prescribing, dispensing, delivery, administration and AI-driven patient support, all built to keep customers with us. One customer, potentially multiple recurring revenue streams. This is what the Health OS was built for."

MedPal has demonstrated striking early traction, with New Health rapidly becoming the main growth driver. The focus now shifts to converting this initial momentum into durable recurring revenue and maintaining margins as the business scales.
