MedPal AI (MPAL)  said its New Health business has become the 29th-largest UK Mounjaro provider by volume supplied by Eli Lilly, rising from 3,048th place in about three months.

New Health now has more than 42,500 customers, up from more than 33,000 at 30 September 2026. Based on an estimate from Novo Nordisk that about 2 million people in the UK use GLP-1 medicines for weight management, MedPal said New Health represents about 2.1% of the market.

The company said Eli Lilly's ranking supports its view that New Health is among the fastest-growing GLP-1 providers in the UK.

Meanwhile, repeat orders now account for more than 30% of New Health revenue, compared with 22% in September. MedPal said these orders carry no customer acquisition cost.

The group remains on track to open its expanded GLP-1 line at Sarus Court by the end of October, increasing capacity to 14,000 orders per day.

MedPal’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer Jason Drummond said: "From 3,048th to 29th in three months. Eli Lilly's own ranking confirms the scale of what New Health has built since July. We now have more than 42,500 customers, representing approximately two per cent. of the UK's GLP-1 users.

"Two weeks ago we said repeat orders would grow as customers reached their first reorder date. They now make up over 30 per cent. of New Health revenue, up from 22 per cent. in September, with no acquisition cost attached. Our ambition is to be a top three UK GLP-1 provider. The expanded line at Sarus Court opens this month with capacity for 14,000 orders a day. This is what the Health OS was built for, and it is only the beginning."

New Health's rapid rise into Eli Lilly's top 30 UK Mounjaro providers highlights the pace of growth since its marketing push began. Rising repeat orders should also improve the quality of revenue, while the expanded Sarus Court line gives MedPal additional capacity to support further growth.
