MedPal AI (MPAL) has reported a further increase in automated pharmacy activity at its wholly owned subsidiary, MedPal Limited, during January 2026.
The company said the pharmacy dispensed 36,951 items in January, up 10.5% from 33,433 items in December 2025. Based on an average item value of £9.70, this implies monthly pharmacy revenue of about £358,000.
MedPal AI linked the sustained growth to the combined effect of its AI-driven diagnosis and triage, human-in-the-loop clinical oversight and prescribing services, and robotic dispensing infrastructure. The company also pointed to increasing patient demand across both NHS and private prescription services, including via the MedPal.clinic weight-loss platform.
MedPal AI’s CEO Jason Drummond said: "January has delivered another excellent month of growth, with over 10% more prescriptions dispensed than in December. This performance reflects the scalability and resilience of our automated pharmacy model and reinforces our confidence in the ongoing expansion of our digital health offering."

A second consecutive month of higher dispensing volumes suggests MedPal AI’s pharmacy platform is keeping momentum into 2026. If the business can sustain this run-rate while expanding its digital health offering, it strengthens the case that automation is translating into repeatable operational output and revenue.
