MedPal AI (MPAL)  has announced the launch of its MedPal Health Operating System (Health OS), a new integrated digital health platform designed to connect wearable data, artificial intelligence (AI)-driven triage, clinician prescribing and robotic dispensing into a single continuous system.

The company said the Health OS represents a closed-loop model that captures real-time physiological data from more than 100 wearable devices and health apps, creating a dynamic health profile for each user. This data is analysed by clinician-trained AI to generate health scores and identify potential interventions, with prescriptions fulfilled through automated dispensing infrastructure.

The platform feeds post-treatment data back into the system, allowing continuous refinement of patient outcomes. MedPal believes this end-to-end integration marks a shift away from traditional, fragmented healthcare systems towards a proactive, always-on model driven by data.

MedPal highlighted its mobile app as a central component of the ecosystem, acting as a consumer gateway and data engine for its clinical and pharmacy services. The company sees this as a key differentiator, replacing siloed healthcare interactions with a unified, personalised experience.

Looking ahead, the rollout of Health OS is expected to support user growth and recurring revenues. Furthermore, an exclusive partnership with Epassi provides access to a network of over 11 million employees, while planned business-to-business licensing could extend the platform into insurance and corporate wellness programmes.

MedPal AI’s Chief Executive Officer Jason Drummond said: “With the introduction of the MedPal Health OS, we are now articulating what we have been building from the outset: a closed-loop digital health platform that connects wearable data to AI triage to clinician-led prescribing to robotic dispensing and back again. Data drives the medication, and the medication improves the data. As far as we are aware, no other company in the UK is providing this end to end service.

“Our app is the key that unlocks this for millions of people. It turns a smartphone into a personal health operating system-accessible to everyone at a fraction of the cost of typical private healthcare. Combined with our pharmacy infrastructure, it gives us a platform that scales revenue while genuinely improving patient outcomes.

“The traditional pharmacy model is being disrupted, and MedPal is leading that disruption. We look forward to updating the market on continued progress.”

MedPal is positioning itself as a fully integrated digital healthcare platform rather than just a pharmacy or app provider. The closed-loop model, if executed well, could create a strong data advantage and recurring revenue base. However, the real test will be adoption at scale and whether partnerships such as Epassi convert into sustained user growth.
