Over the weekend the government announced a new version of the Help to Buy scheme due to be confirmed at the October Budget. The scheme is expected to support a 2.5% buyer deposit and provide a 20% government-backed equity loans. This is a directional positive for Luceco, which has established relationships in the retail and professional wholesale channels.
