ATOME has announced a short extension to the longstop date on the funding of the Villeta project. This has now been put back to 22 April to enable the finalisation of the equity documentation and the financial arrangements relating to the company. While frustrating the financing of this project is in many ways a first of a kind and we expect an element of complexity in the final documentation.
