Harena appoints Jack Allardyce as chief financial officer
Harena Rare Earths (HREE ), the rare earths company progressing the Ampasindava ionic clay project in Madagascar, has appointed Jack Allardyce as chief financial officer with immediate effect.
Allardyce has been working as Interim chief finance officer since January 2026, during which time he has played a key role in the strengthening of the company's financial and capital markets capabilities.
He has substantial listed company experience, with a strong track record as a CFO and senior finance executive across the natural resources sector.
He has extensive experience in capital markets, corporate finance, stakeholder engagement, and working with UK and international investors, and has supported a number of publicly listed companies through key growth and transactional phases.
